Trade Center of CSC Nanchang Opened for Registration
 
On July 28, trade center of China South City Nanchang was opened for registration for merchants. The event drew strong interest of merchants, over 5,000 merchants had rushed to the site and queued up for registration and enquiry on the event day.
 
  

Grand Opening of Tea Products Trade Center in CSC Shenzhen

   
Opened on August 25 and located in phase II trade center of China South City Shenzhen (“CSC Shenzhen”) , Xuzhihui International Tea Products Trade Center aimed at   providing a one-stop comprehensive trading platform for domestic and international tea suppliers, manufacturers and distributors and buyers. With a planned area of approximately 16,000 square meters, the trade center is targeted to become the largest showroom and trading platform for tea products in the Pearl River Delta region. Currently, approximately 120 merchants covering an area of more than 7,000 square meters have started business there.
 
 
Successful launch of Pearl River Delta Hong Kong Products Sales Center at CSC Shenzhen
 
Pearl River Delta Hong Kong Products Sales Center has been launched at CSC Shenzhen on August 26, covering a planned area of approximately 10,000 square meters. The first batch of around 17 Hong Kong enterprises, including famous brands such as A- Fontane and Kinox , have entered into tenancy agreements covering an area of approximately 2,600 square meters.
 
 

2011 China (Shenzhen) Hong Kong & Taiwan Commodity Trade Fair

 
Held at CSC Shenzhen from August 26 to 29, the fair attracted over 56,000 visitor counts. The four-day fair, which was jointly organized by Trade Development Bureau of Ministry of Commerce of the PRC, Science, Industry, Trade and Information Technology Commission of Shenzhen Municipality, as well as People’s Government of Longgang District of Shenzhen and the Group, was an exhibition platform designed to serve enterprises from Hong Kong and Taiwan. Around 170 enterprises and organizations attended the fair, which covered an exhibition area of approximately 15,000 square meters.
 
 

Continuous   increase    of   occupancy    rate     at  CSC  Shenzhen

 
The occupancy rate of CSC Shenzhen has increased continuously.   As of August 31, the total occupancy rate of phase I trade centers and shops increased from 86% as of March 31 to 91%, while that of phase II trade centers and shops’ launched GFA rose from 36% as of March 31 to 43%.
