Professor Xu joined the Group as a senior consultant of the Company in 2002, and was appointed as an executive Director in 2008. He is primarily responsible for the general development direction, operational strategy, market promotion, and governmental relations of the Company. Mr. Shi has worked over 40 years in various PRC government departments and organizations, engaging in the areas of planning, management and operation of government economic work for a long term, with extensive experience in the management of macroeconomic affairs in development of economy in the PRC.  He held several important government positions in China including the following: Deputy Director of the Transport Bureau of the State Economic Commission, Director of the Economic and Technical Co-operation Bureau, Director of the Production and Dispatch Bureau, Chairman of the China Textiles Association and Deputy Officer (of ministerial grade) of the State Economic and Trade Commission. Ms. TSE Man Yu

Mr. LIU Xiao Dong

• Responsible for sales and leasing, business promotion, strategic planning, administration and operational strategy of the Group. 
• Graduated from Poiters University in France with a master's degree in Business Administration. 
• Has approximately 15 years of experience in marketing
• Responsible for marketing strategy and sales management while working for Jiangxi Jiang China-Japan Sales Co. Ltd.
• Previously held various positions with Jiangzhong Medicine Manufacturing Group including Strategic Planning Manager, Human Resources Department Manager, Regional Director of Eastern China region, responsible for developing new businesses in the Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui and Jiangxi markets.

Mr. JIANG Kai
Deputy General Manager, Chief Engineer – China South International Industrial Materials City (Shenzhen) Co. Ltd.

• Joined the Group in January 2007
• Responsible for managing construction projects of China South City Shenzhen, including co-ordinating the planning and designs, managing tenders and bids, budgeting and costing, construction management and daily management of the construction department.
• Graduated from the Underground Construction Faculty of Tongji University  with a bachelor degree in Underground Construction and holds a qualification of senior engineer.
• Has over 15 years of management experience in the construction industry.
• Previously served for the 1st branch of the Shenzhen Architectural Design Institute as chief engineer as Manager of the construction department of Shenzhen Construction Investment Holdings Ltd. and as Deputy General Manager for Shenzhen New World Group Co., Ltd.

Ms. ZHANG Li Ling
