We sell and lease well-designed, high quality trade center units for domestic and international suppliers, manufacturers and distributors to display and sell their products. To offer one-stop supply chain solutions for buyers, our centers make available to customers a full range of supporting services including warehousing, on-site logistics service and business services such as banking, conference and exhibition, hotel and office facilities.

We currently operate one integrated center in Shenzhen, which is strategically located at the heart of the Pearl River Delta, one of the largest manufacturing and export regions in China and serviced by a well-developed transportation network.? The Center serves five key industries of the region including (i) textile and clothing, (ii) leather and accessories, (iii) electronics and accessories, (iv) printing, paper and packaging and (v) metals, chemicals and plastics.

Phase I of the Shenzhen trade centers commenced operations in December 2004 and offers trade center units covering a gross floor area of approximately 360,000 square meters. Phase II of the centers together with supporting facilities expected to be completed in 2012, and to occupy a total gross floor area of approximately 2.1 million square meters.

We have plans to develop more centers in other strategic locations in Nanchang of Jiangxi Province, Nanning of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and Xi’an of Shanxi Province. These projects are at different phases of planning and will offer quality integrated logistics and trade services to domestic and international buyers and sellers of raw materials and finished goods.
